Before opening Jenny Lane Cottage, we lived in bush Alaska, Claudia teaching in Yupik Eskimo villages for 20 years and Frank doing multiple jobs for the school district.

Nearing retirement, we began looking for a new home in Alaska where Claudia could garden and Frank could play music (Maybe you’ll catch Elders On Fire, the band he’s in, while you’re here). On our first visit to Homer we fell in love with it’s natural beauty and people and purchased this lovely Jenny Lane property which we have been proud to share with our vacationing guests ever since.
