Full payment is due within 7 days of booking- We have a two night minimum, or add $50 for a one night stay, waived for same day walk-ins
Cancellation Policy
- Refund 100% (-30% processing fee) on cancellations made at least 90 days prior to check-in date.
- Refund 75% (-30% processing fee) on cancellations made at least 60 days prior to check-in date.
- Refund 50% (-30% processing fee) on cancellations made at least 30 days prior to check-in date.
- We will try our best to fill your space so that only the cancellation fees above will be charged to you.
- We recommend trip insurance to cover your costs in case of emergency.

Pets
We love pets
but can only approve your pets if they are:
- not of a breed our insurance company considers dangerous
- not barkers unless you're in the cottage
- not allowed on furniture
- attended at all times, inside and in the yard
Directions: From Anchorage: You will come to a scenic overlook with a sign saying “HOMER ALASKA , HALIBUT FISHING CAPITAL OF THE WORLD”. Drive 3.2 miles. Look for Fat Olive’s Restaurant on your right then turn onto Ohlson. Turn Right again at the Elk’s Club onto Jenny Way and follow it to the end (353). The outside stairway of the first house leads to the Jenny Lane Apartment (353 A). The fuchsia door leads to the Beach House (353 B), and the blue cabin is Jenny Lane Cottage (353 C).
