Reservations: E-mail inquiries to claudia@jennylanecottage.com  or call 907-235-5434.

• If we have availability, we will hold your reservation on a credit card for 7 days to allow time for a deposit of 50% of the total to arrive (or the total amount for one night stays).
• We have a two night minimum, or add $25 for a one night stay, waived for same day walk-ins.
• Balance will be paid by cash or check upon arrival.*
• *Send total amount on reservations made within 30 days of arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• Reservations of three days or less require a 30 days cancellation notice to receive a full refund minus a $30 processing fee.
• Reservations of 4-6 days require 30 days cancellation notice and are subject to a $30 processing fee and a 20% cancellation fee.
• Reservations of 7 days or more require a 90 day cancellation notice with loss of deposit, or a $30 cancellation fee if more than 90 days notice given.
• Balance will be charged if unit cannot be filled. Our hope is that we won’t have to charge you for a cancelled reservation. We will try our best to fill your space so that only the cancellation fees above will be charged to you.
• Balances due will be charged if cancellations are not made within the above time frames.
• We recommend trip insurance.

Directions: From Anchorage: You will come to a scenic overlook with a sign saying “HOMER ALASKA , HALIBUT FISHING CAPITAL OF THE WORLD”. Drive 3.2 miles. Look for Fat Olive’s Restaurant on your right then turn onto Ohlson. Turn Right again at the Elk’s Club onto Jenny Way and follow it to the end (353). The outside stairway of the first house leads to the Jenny Lane Apartment (353 A). The fuchsia door leads to the Beach House (353 B), and the blue cabin is Jenny Lane Cottage (353 C).
